Lip Service Café, located in The Holman lobby, offers well curated, fast casual options to keep you energized for a day on the go. Enjoy a variety of warm and savory breakfast items available from 6:30am-10:30am. Gather for delicious coffee, espresso, fresh baked goods and pastries during the operating hours of 6:30am – 12:00pm.
Pacific Standard
Pacific Standard, onsite bar and restaurant, is now open. Created by award-winning Portland bartenders, Jeffrey Morgenthaler and Benjamin Amberg, the menu is substantial, classic bar food – all inspired by life on the West Coast. Oysters, artichokes, Dungeness crab and fresh vegetables are all a part of what makes the West Coast great and is prominently featured on the menu. Craft cocktails and artisanal food set the stage for casual connection in Salem’s living room.
